VGF Single Crystal Furnace (Crystal Growth Furnace)
The VGF single crystal furnace adopts the vertical gradient freezing (VGF) process, mainly for growth of 2~6 inch germanium single crystals, gallium arsenide, cadmium zinc telluride and other compound crystals.

1.1 Application: growth of 2~6 inch Ge single crystals, GaAs, CdZnTe and other compound crystals.

1.2.3 High temperature-control precision and stable zone control;
1.2.4 Multiple safety functions: power-off alarm, over/under temperature alarm, extreme over-temperature alarm;
1.2.5 Uniform crystal growth with high repeatability.
